Saving Lives

Today I had to refill my anti-depressants. This lady and her daughter were in line ahead of me. The daughter (teenage) started talking about how she wouldn't want to work in a place like this (mental heath clinic), she wanted to save lives. 
Her mom replied, "You don't think these people save lives?"
For her sake, I hope she never has to find out just how life saving these doctors and medicines are.
